A. Domestic Orders
1. Returns
(i) Returns and Exchanges
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Antigravity purchase. All sales are final, and we don’t permit returns and exchanges. We request that you take the necessary time before finalizing your size; our size guide for each style is comprehensive. (ii) Return and Refunds:
Refunds are only permissible under the following conditions:
(i) Defect in the product – *T and C’s apply, mentioned below.
(ii) If AG has shipped you the wrong product
(iii) If shipment takes longer than our usual delivery time
*Defect in the product - the customer must send pictures and videos to AG, via WhatsApp or email, to clearly show the defect, if any. Thereafter, AG reserves the right to determine whether the product is eligible for a refund or not.
2. Cancellation Policy
No cancellation is permitted after placing the order.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policies
Antigravity ships its products to all parts of India and worldwide. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and Bank Holidays.
For orders within Mumbai: the delivery time would be within 24 to 48 hours of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
For orders within Maharashtra: the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
For orders within India: the delivery time would be within 5 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
4. Undelivered Items
If your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, these orders will be returned to us at our shipping facility. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted.
Please note:
At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Antigravity is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Antigravity continuously tries to avoid such instances. Also, Antigravity reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than the usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) to your source account.
